we require a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

in the event of a late cancellation or no-show, a $50 charge will be applied to your account. the charge must be paid before you book your next appointment. 

Service Guarantee

We appreciate our clients and want you to know that our top priority is loving your hair. If you are not pleased, contact us no later than one week from your original service date. we will reschedule you with your stylist for color correction free of charge.

We do not provide monetary refunds.
